• Basic 3”inch pipe PVC Radon Reduction System

This type of system includes parts, labor, installation, sealing of large cracks and slab to wall joints, sumps or floor drains if necessary and on-site diagnostics whenever necessary.
House must have ;
• Walk out basement.
• Easy access to basement area from back or sides of the house to install the radon system.
• Basement area must be under 1400 sq. feet or 1800 sq. feet if there is a sump pump.
• Unfinished basement area nearby one of the sides corners of the house (left or right side) to be able to run a PVC 3” pipe to the out side of the house.
• Single slab house.
• No crawl spaces
• Vinyl, wood, or aluminum siding on the sides and back of the house. (add $ Call for brick siding)
• No over hangs over 1 feet on roof sides of the house.
• Good gravel under the slab of the house. Note: If the property does not meet the above criteria you must call for pricing. Radon levels over 12 pCi/L my require a high volume CFM radon fan adding up to the cost of the installation.

• Basic 4”inch pipe PVC Radon Reduction System

This type of system includes parts, labor, installation, sealing of large cracks and slab to wall joints, sumps or floor drains if necessary and on-site diagnostics whenever necessary. This type of radon system is design to move more air from under the house slab. Recommended for homes with more than 2000 sq feet or high levels of radon gas.
House must have ;
• Walk out basement.
• Easy access to basement area from back or sides of the house to install the radon system.
• Basement area must be under 2500 sq feet and have a sump pump.
• Unfinished basement area nearby one of the sides corners of the house (left or right side) to be able to run a PVC 4” pipe to the out side of the house.
• Single slab house.
• No crawl spaces
• Vinyl, wood or aluminum siding on the sides and back of the house. (add $ Call for brick siding)
• No over hangs over 1 feet on roof sides of the house.
• Good gravel under the slab of the house.
